Washington, D.C. – Today, MoveOn Political Action slammed third-party spoiler Jill Stein and Butch Ware for opening the door to a national abortion ban. In an interview, Ware said, “Of course, there have to be limitations,” in response to a question about whether there should be limits on abortion, a position in sharp contrast to Vice President Kamala Harris, who does not believe in restricting reproductive freedom.

“Jill Stein’s campaign has adopted Donald Trump’s anti-abortion platform outright, which will lead to a national ban on reproductive care. Ware’s remarks show exactly why MAGA operatives have invested so much in Stein’s campaign and why Republicans are misleading voters in the final stages of the campaign,” said Britt Jacovich, spokesperson for MoveOn Political Action.
